"Our stay at Le Nouvel Hotel Montreal was overall fine, but there were several areas that could use improvement. The location was good and convenient for getting around Montreal, which was definitely a plus.
Unfortunately, the air conditioning in our room wasn’t working properly and ended up leaking water onto the floor. The vending machines were also inoperable, which was inconvenient. Overall, the hotel feels a little dated and could benefit from some updating and refreshing.

"The room was not pleasant it has a strange smell. The floor was not cleaned. The soap dispenser was empty. It was a horrible stay. I would not recommend it."

"Clean room, comfortable bed. Really nice location; close to many supermarkets, restaurants, and sights. Only thing is there is broken door stop attached to the front door that might be potentially dangerous."

"The rooms have a very strong smell of pot pourri. I complained and was put into another room across from a family with small children that cried alot. This room washroom exhaust was old and very loud from rust. The refrigerator did not work. One day the housekeeping did not show up. I complained and they showed up at 9:45 pm to clean up.
I usually go to this hotel but after this, it's time to go somewhere else."
