"Booked for my parents who were in town. After we had finished for the day I checked them around 9PM, we were told that a parking pass would left on the table, none was found. Reached out to the host but took too long to respond so I had to pay to park the car in an alternate garage several blocks away., even though parking was supposed to be included. Communicated with the host for reimbursement and never received an answer. If I need to book another room in the area, I will choose somewhere...

"We absolutely love staying at Bonaventure! It’s our go to hotel whenever we’re in Montreal. The rooftop pool is one of our favourite features, and it’s incredible to be on the 10th floor in the middle of downtown, surrounded by trees, waterfalls, and even ducks. It feels like a peaceful oasis above the city. A special thank you to Guy in the Executive Lounge, who spreads joy every morning and makes breakfast such a wonderful experience. His kindness and welcoming personality are one of the reasons we keep coming back. We can’t wait for our next stay!"
