Best Western Plus Saint John Hotel & Suites
No towels for the pool even after asking the front staff. Had to walk from the pool to the 4th floor room with a cold toddler. I get it was a busy this weekend but for $272/night I was expecting a bit better

The breakfast was delicious and fresh.Staff was absolutely lovely. Parking is pricey, but there is no alternative.

My room was 90 degrees like a sauna and it wouldn’t cool down quick enough. I didn’t get to the room until 11:30pm. When asked for another room it took a while to get. Disappointed about the situation.
