"I'm going to start off my saying I absolutely LOVE this hotel. We seen some negative reviews that I think were totally unfair. This hotel is in the process of being renovated. The pool was closed but I called and asked before I made the reservation and they told me everything upfront about the renovations and that the pool was closed. I seen some reviews talking about the breakfast, I'll say that when we checked in the guy at the front deck (who was super friendly and helpful) he told us all about the breakfast and what all was included. So no surprises when we were there. We brought our dog (huge plus) the fee was $50. Our room was clean and we was put on the 7th floor, I believe they put everyone with a pet up there because there was several other pooches up there as well but all was very well behaved! Let's not mention the price. This hotel cost less than any other in the area, you can't beat it especially with the location. It's a nice beautiful walk to the beach, passing by cute stores and beautiful parks. I can't recommend this hotel enough and we can't wait to go back!"
"We tried breakfast the eggs had a lot of water in them .so we ate breakfast next door . The rooms were nice . But not very clean the jet tub didn't work and the in side of the toilet was dirty. There was poop by the toilet paper. Could be nice maybe a new person to clean rooms better ?"
"Stayed 3 nights while visiting the area. First, the good points. Nice size room which had a 2nd sink and mirror in the kitchen. Great when 2+ people getting ready in the morning. Beds were comfortable and the room was clean. The breakfast area is open 6-10am which is nice. Big open space with multiple seating options. Nice looking workout room with multiple machines and dumbbell racks. Now the not so good. The pool was a big letdown. Apparently they had to shock the pool before we arrived. The 1st day the pool was unuseable with high chlorine smell and chemicals floating on top of the water. The 2nd day was a little better and I tried to enter the water. Extremely cold, not like 69 degrees cold , but like ice bath cold and painful to the skin. The 3rd day was no change and we gave up. The breakfast was only mediocre. I’ve had better at other hotels in same price point. Not sure if I would go back a 2nd time. "
"The couch was stained. There were no curtains just a sheer fabric over the windows and there was a glaring bright light shining into the room. The shower was pathetic. No water pressure. "
