"A DUMP - 30-years past its prime. Rooms and furnishings are worn, damaged and unclean. Staff were all unfriendly save for one valet; bartenders’ attitudes were bordering rude, as if they couldn’t be bothered. One restaurant whose food choices forced us to go offsite. Don’t be fooled by the pictures! "

"This hotel was cute and tucked away in a great location. We only stayed one night. Walking distance to Sandals if you come in a day early. We loved the full kitchenette feature. Comfortable bed. Very welcoming, friendly staff. Convenient restaurant on site. A tad expensive, but the food was delicious and drinks very reasonable. Pool and seating area very small, but beautiful views nonetheless. Actively remodeling some of the units. We would definitely recommend staying here if in the area."

"The place was wonderful. We had a great experience Plenty of onsite amenities-snorkeling, kayaking, and paddle boarding.I only wish their was more seating at the pool- had to get there before 7 to secure a seat"

"Clean rooms"

"My husband and I recently stayed at the Hilton Barbados Resort, and overall, the experience was average at best. The bedroom itself was nice and comfortable, but the bathroom definitely needs updating. The bathtub never appeared fully clean, which made us uncomfortable enough that we chose not to use it during our stay. The beach is truly beautiful—large, spacious, and one of the highlights of the property. However, the service significantly fell short. There was no consistent poolside or beachside service for food or drinks, and staff were rarely visible throughout the day. The pool area also needs attention, as the concrete is visibly cracking, and the hot tub was out of service for the entirety of our stay. Each morning, even as early as 8 AM, there were no towels available for guests at the pool or beach, which was frustrating. As for dining, both Lighthouse Terrace and Beach Bar offered food that was average and did not stand out. Additionally, small details were disappointing—such as the weekend snow cone offering at 2 PM, which we attempted to enjoy, only to find they had already run out of ice. Overall, while the location and beach are beautiful, the service, maintenance, and overall experience did not meet expectations."

"Doesn’t have a beach, but there are stairs to ocean on left and right side of sandy beach wall. Red flag was permanently up the week we were there…you can, at your own risk, cross over to beach next door when tide was low and make sure to return before tide came back in. "

"The resort location from airport was close and beautifully landscaped property on the beach. The beach was nice and enjoyed sun longers with covers. Staff was readily available to serve. Food options were limited and only able eat during specific hours which was disappointing. The hot tub was snaller than a bath tub, water was cold and did not have pressure massage working. Main reason for booking resort was for use of hot tub and spa which was unable to contact to schedule session. Room location was excellent due to amazing customer service provided by Kim and Xavier for booking awesome snorkeling excursion. There seems to be alot of guests there that believe they are entitled and seem to forget they are visiting a resort in the carribean. Several guests caused issues with other guests smoking on the beach or playing music from phone, therefore would not recommend for any one whom wants to partake in such activities. "

"The rooms had basic items for the kitchen - a few additional items like cutting board, strainer, blender, paper towels would be great. Also let guests know that they need to bring dish clothes, dishsoap, handsoap, shampoo etc. It not a big issue but helps to prepare guests Biggest suggestion would be to have loungers and sun shades available on the beach as part of the resort amenity. This would definitely add to the visit experience"

"I was extremely disappointed with my stay here and am glad I stayed elsewhere on the island for the majority of my time in Barbados. The rooms here felt like jail cells, not one piece of art, no hot water and no mirror above the sink in the bathroom. There was also no fridge for leftovers but a stove? The beach area is too small for all the people that are staying there, there also wasn’t enough pool chairs so multiple people were left to sit in the dinner chairs rather than lay by the pool or beach which is what you want to be doing on vacation. They let me use a “shower room” because late check out wasn’t available and it was a room up the stairs only, no towels were available except the large pile of used ones in the middle of the floor so I wasn’t able to shower before my flight. It says all inclusive but didn’t include prosecco and unfortunately the breakfast eggs were inedible. The staff were all nice which helped, but ultimately would not recommend this resort to anyone. "
