The staff at the house were great. They joyed my stay as my only complaint is the all inclusive does not include food accessible after 9:30pm. Really isn’t all inclusive like other resorts that make sure you are accommodated with access to food and snacks 24/7.

Wonderful 8 night stay here. Room and balcony spacious and very clean. Bed super comfy. Food and drinks excellent- fish was slwsys superb. Restaurant and bar staff fabulous- alwsys smiling and nothing too much trouble Cannot fault the place except - would suggest better more comfortable sunbeds ?

“My recent stay at The House was exceptional from start to finish. The staff was welcoming, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile to make our stay memorable. The property was beautiful, well-maintained, and offered a relaxing atmosphere. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. The food was excellent, with a variety of different options offered each night. One of the highlights was the complimentary water taxi service, which allowed us to visit and explore other properties. The beach was very enjoyable. The only downside was that there were quite a few rocks in some areas, but don’t let that stop you from having a great time. For those looking for a different beach experience, a short taxi ride to Boatyard Beach Club is well worth it. For about $40 USD, you get access to a beautiful beach along with snorkeling and other amenities. Overall, The House provided an outstanding vacation experience, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and luxurious getaway. I look forward to returning in the future.”

First the good… The properly is right off the beach which was lovely and the staff was kind and very professional. The staff helped make our trip a four star rather than a three star experience. Now the not so good… The food was just ok. There was also no food for snacking available in between scheduled mealtimes. And, the unacceptable.., During our stay we had a fire alarm go off at 4 am two nights in a row which immediately woke us up out of our sleep. The alarms lasted a few minutes which is a long time with a loud alarm when trying to sleep.

Wow. Just wow. Both the garden view rooms and the beachfront view rooms were beautiful. Sometimes the angles and the photographer are “creative”, lol, but not here. It’s the real deal. If you ask, you can get a beachfront room with direct walk up access to one of the pools, or a direct walk up to a garden. Some on the second and third floors have stunning oceanfront views but not this access. The beach is long with the softest sand, and the water is a clear as you can imagine. You can schedule water sports and coordinate for other activities like any place, but the water sports were included. They had a few different vendors show up on the property, but they weren’t pushy sales folk and don’t “take over” the lobby. They have the kindest and most helpful staff that I’ve experienced in the Caribbean, hands down. Everyone from the cooks to the bartenders to the front office folks are welcoming, gracious, and real - they aren’t putting on a show. We also ate at their sister properties, a major plus to the all-inclusive allure of this place. Again, hands down, The House has the best amenities and by far the best food. My wife and I were celebrating 20 years with another couple doing the same. Between us we’ve been all over the Caribbean and this was one to remember. I have ZERO complaints. Really.

The staff were all incredibly friendly and accommodating during our stay. Our room was cleaned each day, with a nightly turndown service, which was a nice touch. We loved that it is a small property - ran into many of the same couples during our stay, but also felt like we had privacy and down time. Would go back and highly recommend it for other looking for a quiet get away.

My husband and I stayed here for his birthday. If you’re looking for a VERY quiet stay here is the place to be. If not and you prefer activities & nightly entertainment try somewhere else. For us that was the only downside to this hotel, we’re well travelled and expected “adult only hotel” = entertainment, late nights, music etc. Even the bar that’s usually a lively atmosphere was silent and most guests went to bed early. Nevertheless the property itself and rooms were on point, the beach was footsteps away which we preferred to the pool, its rocky in the beginning but once you get past that there’s sand. They provide a ferry to other sister hotels if you want a change in scenery and also Treasure hotel a few footsteps away you can have dinner at no extra cost, we had his birthday dinner there and had some fun, there was a guy singing guests favorite songs and dancing. The House staff were f’in amazing and knew our name after 2days. The warm welcome from the receptionist can’t remember her name (glasses), Tupac who answered any questions we had or help we needed, Ms Pat the omelet Queen, Agnes who always made sure we were good, Ria, Sophie, Shantelle, Terry, Rawle, Devere the Barman that we hung out at the bar with at night and had great conversations, the Spa girls, housekeepers and the associates who’s names I don’t remember, thank you. You all made our stay enjoyable, we came as guests and left as family. To the Owners/Mgrs you have an amazing team they deserve a raise!!!

Amazing service, food was EXCELLENT especially for an all inclusive resort. Rooms were immaculately clean, spacious, and well maintained. Beach is beautiful with plenty of seating options. We will certainly be back!

the room was comfortable and water front view. the housekeeper came twice a day. there was only one restaurant but menu was different every day. the food was amazing.

I am incredibly disappointed with my experience at this resort. We were three women traveling together, and from the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel unwelcome. The lack of friendliness was noticeable throughout our stay, particularly from several of the female staff members. It was honestly uncomfortable how we were treated. One of the biggest issues was the dining experience. We were turned away from the restaurant twice because we were told we weren’t dressed appropriately. We were fully covered but wearing nice beachwear, which seems completely reasonable at an all-inclusive beachfront resort. Because we were repeatedly denied dinner, we ended up eating off the property for the rest of our vacation, meaning we couldn’t even take advantage of one of the main benefits we had paid for with the all-inclusive package. Things only got worse when, three days into our stay, the electricity in our room went out. The maintenance team was unable to fix it that evening and told us someone would return first thing the next morning. No one ever did. By the afternoon, I had to go to the front desk myself just to find out what was happening. Only after I asked for an update did they offer to move us to another room. At no point did anyone proactively communicate with us or apologize for the inconvenience. Overall, the level of customer service was some of the worst I’ve ever experienced. The staff came across as rude, unprofessional, and indifferent to guest concerns.

Lovely intimate hotel, staff wonderful everyone of them. Room and view excellent clean and comfortable. My only complaint was the lack of shade, the umbrellas were completely inadequate. They are too small and don’t tilt to offer any shade

My most memorable part of my stay at 'The House' is the employees. Every one of them , from bartenders to restaurant staff were so kind and helpful in every possible way. A few standouts were , Agnes and Pat ( kitchen ) and Kwesi who did so much to make the guests comfortable. The rooms were exceptionally clean and the beach was beautiful. We also loved the gourmet food. We're hoping to make it back here in the next couple years.

It is incredibly rare for me to have nothing but positive things to write! Stayed for 1 week and every last detail was perfeftion. The room was beautiful, clean, comfortable, with an amazing view of the ocean. Breakfast was good, lunch was great and dinner's were all incredible. I live in NY, where food cutlure is strong; here it was elevated to the same degree. Staff provided fast, courteous service with an often great sense of humor. The beach is clean and the water amazing. A definite must visit!

⸻ Our stay at The House was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we arrived, the staff greeted us warmly and ensured we had an exceptional experience. Every detail, from the beautifully elegant room to the overall ambiance of the property, exuded class and sophistication. The food was amazing—especially the dinners, which were truly exceptional. Each night featured a new menu, and we even had the opportunity to speak with the chef to share how phenomenal everything was. We also spent some time at the spa, which was exactly what we needed for our couples’ rejuvenation week. Above all, the entire team excelled in hospitality. Their graciousness, attentiveness, and warmth made them a sheer joy to be around. A special mention goes to Pat for the incredible omelets and conversation each morning, and to Kwesi for always making sure we had everything we needed by the pool. The staff truly made us feel at home—like part of the family. We absolutely loved our time here and are already looking forward to coming back!
