Liked Best: evening front desk ladies were friendly and helpful, location - not downtown but close, bar and pickle ball area "looked" nice, a/c in the room worked great Better next time: placed in the handicapped room though it seemed way below capacity, room had the bare essentials (one seat, no trash can, TV issues connecting to network, no clock, no dresser), eyeholes in door were covered with wadded up toilet paper,...

"Staff was very helpful and friendly! Rooms are typical, nothing special but they are clean. The room we stayed in was by the stairs so we could hear everyone using the stairs, so next time we will request to be away from the stairs. We will diffinately stay again when we come back to Campbellsville!"

"They recently had a Fire and Water leak. We were not notified that there wouldn’t be breakfast due to the damage. We chose this hotel for that reason. Notifications should have been sent to us so we could chose to change our reservation."

"No towels in room on arrival. When I went to desk to request towels I was told they couldn’t dry linens .Fire doors opened to stair wells no closed due to carpeting . Elevator inspection expired. Pool was not maintained: slime residue on pool. I had bathed grandson in antibacterial soap. Door to pool area was rusted, safety closure not functioning , propped open with a towel. Ants on multiple surfaces in our room . Required me to clean room with sanitizing wipes. Fire occurred Sunday morning in...

"We were in area for Bourbon Trail and wanted to stay overnight in Bardstown. Looking at reviews we found this place. It was perfect, look past the outdated outside and cracked concrete parking lot as room was clean, quiet area, close to downtown and friendly check-in. Beds were comfortable, large pillows and nice renovated rooms and bathroom. Would stay there again when in the area."

"The price per room was very reasonable. It’s right beside an interstate which is convenient. The rooms need to have some updating on bathroom fixtures. The wall coverings are peeling from the wall. The office is locked."
