"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The pool was large and the patio was nicely decorated. We had a good meal and great cocktails in the bar/restaurant. The Trail Hotel is located just out of town, so it was easy to drive to downtown Bardstown or take a taxi. The room was quiet, and the bed was comfortable. ..."

"Great bargain for a remodeled older hotel. Happy to have a bar w many bourbons and a rec room w corn hole and pickleball. Breakfast was decent w hot foods and yogurt. Staff very nice."
