"I always try and stay here when I’m in Wellington but wow the property is starting to age. Tiles coming away in the shower, damaged sinks, frayed bedding and damaged carpets at entryways and stains everywhere. It really needs an upgrade already. Not worth what they charge anymore even though the location is amazing and the overall vibe is still awesome. "

"The perfect position in the centre of the city. Shops and restaurants close by. Relish Cafe a few doors down under the chemist warehouse has lovely food for lunch and a delicious breakfast. The guys behind the counter were very helpful and up for creating what I asked for"

"Close to museum and other attractions. Room is small but very well organized No view from our room but that didn’t matter. We had a nice stay"

"While the room and the property was decent enough, the shower in the bathroom was filthy. We ended up scrubbing the walls of the shower ourselves, cleaning off layers of mold and mildew. We never had the chance to discuss it with the front desk as it is really tough to find anybody at the front desk anytime we walked through the lobby. Other than the shower the rest of the room seemed to be decent enough."

Clear glass doors that didn't shut properly, and the shower has curtains that didn't stop water from getting everywhere. We were also on the ground floor and got a bit of noise from the cafe. "Great location but no reception desk. They got my email wrong so we had no idea how to check in or where to park. Parking was expensive. Construction going on so foyer and lift a bit dirty. Loose tap and leaky shower hose. Bed was ok but sofas weren't. Had no milk so bought our own."

Bar staff even happy to change 1 of the alcohol in a cocktail in happy hour, Cleaning need improvement so much dust even on the coffee machine looks like it haven't been cleaned when we checked in, in awhile. Breakfast was standard hotel food. Walk into town ok but uphill going back took about 20 min to walk to water front. Rooms big in size however 100% NOT sound proof at all, glass door for bathroom and shower hmmm and no handle, Just finger...

"The rooms were spacious but a little dated. Super handy to have the kitchenette. It was great to have a pool, spa, and sauna. The gym has no specific leg machines, so I had to go to a local gym."
