Renter lied about leak and relocated me to another dirty smelly location pretending that my apartment would be ready the following day. I waited past time of the event I was intended to attend on this trip. "The property is surrounded by lush greenery with a large pool that creates a relaxed, stress free enviornment. The beach is less than a 5 min walk - white sand and crystal blue water. Old Fort Bay is AMAZING to say the least. However the villa is in need of a fresh coat of paint and a good cleaning. There was a bug issue in the kitchen. "

"Located right on the 🏖️, very nice location, however whoever owns this place needs to do a better job at maintaining the property because they have big rats, I left a fruit on kitchen counter only to wake up and see a section eaten, didn't what happened at first but upon looking around I could see huge rat droppings the kitchen counter..... "I never got to stay at this property, although my credit card was billed to stay at this property. I was redirected to another motel (Sandcastle Resort) in the area due to no availability. The hotel I was redirected to was clearly not aware of my reservation or my presence. Nothing in the room was prepared for guest arrival. Spiders and cobwebs were in every common area, which shows no one did the basic cleaning and upkeep. There was no running water every day from 12am-2pm! I couldn't shower or...
