"The property manager was horrible, she was very aggressive when communicating. She tried to take my deposit for a broken lock that I have never touched. Very poor communication, I felt like I was in prison, because I wasn’t allowed to take visitors on her property. The housekeepers were more friendly and nice. "I prepaid, as required, for this place for a family vacation. When I arrived and attempted to check-in, the place was no longer available. This meant that my family of 6, including 3 kids (11 and under) were left without a hotel on Christmas. I cannot evwn begin to explain how heartless this act was. Please, never rent from here."

"All staff were professional, courteous and friendly. They all went out of their way to grant your requests. The ambience is very nice. The electrical outlets on the patio didn't always work. Had to be creative in getting plugs to stay in. They also need to upgrade from 110v to 220v. Just kidding, but they should have something for travelers from Europe. Internet service was pretty good. Everyone in my group were pleased and would return. The tour setup for us by the manager was fun!!!! Good...

"Everything went well. The managers reached out in advance. They set up the airport transfer for us. All the amenities were in good order and the Country Store made it easy to grab breakfast items. The manager was especially helpful. Ocho Rios is a nice city. This is worth a longer stay."
