"This property is not a hotel! It is an apartment building with a few units rented out as hotel rooms.
Our room was about 200 square feet with the bathroom being about 32 square feet. The room was neat and austere. There is no air conditioning.
There was a balcony but the door giving access could not be opened. This also meant that no windows could be opened.
To get access to the room you need to provide three different access codes. The instructions for access were not clear.

"I would never stay here again.
We had 4 different rooms booked for friends and family all of us experienced something similar.
1. The toilet smells like a public restroom. There was pee on the seat and the smell stinks up the room.
2. The carpet is unclean, I kept socks and shoes on.
3. The window was open when we got in probably to air out the smell from the room but it let insects in.
4. The shower was yellow and dirty and the water didn’t drain so that when you showered you are...

I stayed at this hotel for 5 days and 4 nights in mid-May for just over $1000 USD. While the location in Le Marais was excellent, the overall experience did not match the price.
The room was much smaller than the photos suggested, even by NYC standards. The bathroom setup was especially cramped — sitting on the toilet required angling sideways because your knees hit the shower door. I’m 5’9” and average build, so taller...
