"I stayed with my family in a two-bedroom unit on the second floor and would rate the experience 2 out of 5. On the positive side, the unit was reasonably clean, and it was clear the cleaning staff did their best with what they had. The beds were comfortable, which made sleeping easier after long days out. The location is also convenient, within walking distance of most downtown tourist attractions. However, the overall condition of the facilities is outdated and in need of significant upgrades. The kitchen cabinets and countertops were worn and damaged, making the space feel neglected. The sofa was sagging and uncomfortable to use. The bathroom was particularly disappointing, as it appeared old and had visible mold issues. Heating was another major concern. The system is outdated, and the window-mounted unit allowed cold air to come in, making it difficult to keep the space warm."

"Nous avons réservé cet hôtel pour notre séjour à Montréal et avons été déçues de voir l’hôtel. La description et ce que nous avons reçu sont deux choses complètement différentes. Le personnel à l’accueil est incroyable et très serviable. Les chambres sont magnifiques, mais mal pensée et l’état général peut laisser à désirer. Il n’y a aucune prise électrique à promixité du lit, la plus proche est sur le bureau. Il y avait du coulis à céramique de coller sur la base de douche ce qui donnait toujours l’impression de marcher sur quelque chose en plus de l’eau chaude qui pouvait prendre plusieurs minutes à arriver. La télévision était indiquée comme intelligente, mais ce n’était pas le cas et pas moyen de voir la carte des postes avec le code QR fourni. Nous étions en face d’une ascenseur et nous pouvions entendre les annonces de « portes s’ouvrent » et « portes ferment » à tout heure du jour ou de la nuit. L’hôtel est également indiquée comme « insonorisé » ce qui est un mensonge. La seule insonorisation est celle qui permet de ne pas entendre l’autoroute, nous pouvions entendre très clairement les gens utiliser la salle de bain adjacente au mur de la notre. Ils disent également que je déjeuner est inclus, mais rien de nutritif. Seulement des céréales, des muffins et des bagels avec 2 toasters, rien de chaud comme un buffet d’hôtel régulier. C’est un bel hôtel, mais beaucoup de choses laissent à désirer et auraient besoin d’être retravaillé. "

"We stay on property in February 2026 and really enjoy it. There is a great breakfast spread in the morning, the rooms are a good size and come with a full kitchen; and also very clean. There is a grocery store within walking distance as well as restaurants and points of interest. One negative is that the room were very heated, we were unable to figure out how to lower the temperature! But overall, great stay. "
