I let them know after night 1 of 3 that my toilet was running non stop and that it was a simple fix ( my toilets at home have a similar problem that requires a new flush valve gasket every 3ish years) and they did nothing about it and told me that the hotel was full and changing rooms was not an option. "The rooms were clean, the breakfast fine, the staff great. But the elevator was a little scary. You push the button and it may not move or you arrive at the wrong floor. I am claustraphobic and this bothered me. It had been inspected in April."

"The property was ok for a older hotel but the staff and Expedia were horrible. Expedia payment to property was declined and Mark the front desk clerk was terrible! I stay in hotels all the time and have for 30 years. This is the worse interaction I have ever had. They threatened to kick us out of the room and also shut our keys off with our belongings in the room.
