"Elevators were very slow, half weren't working. A lot of activities for kids and adults. Room was clean upon arrival. Drinks at the bar were pricey. I had asked for no housekeeping the last 2 days yet they came anyway. Laundry room was flooded, i told maintenance crew but they didnt seem to be concerned. ..."
