He wouldn’t even let me handle my own luggage. He assisted me in every way possible and did so with genuine courtesy. At the check-in counter, I was warmly greeted by Sean. His attentiveness and welcoming demeanor truly stood out. Sean’s customer service was hands down the best I’ve ever experienced in hospitality. It’s clear he loves what he does at the NOPSI Hotel.
