"Itâs a decent hotel residence about 30 mins away from Annecy. Quiet and safe. The biggest advantage is working air conditioning in the summer because it gets hot and you need it. Staff is very accommodating as well. Underground parking is good but tight spaces make it a bit difficult to park. Breakfast options are average (good thing is you at least get boiled eggs). Price is a little on the higher side which we felt is not justified. "

"Nous avons logé dans la chambre 126 sans balcon avec vue sur l'immeuble d'en face,trÚs décevante par rapport aux photos de l'annonce, à éviter !
TrÚs compliqué de se repérer dans les escaliers de l'immeuble dans lesquelles il n'y a aucun fléchage.
La résidence mériterait une bonne rénovation !"

"Sejour nous laissant une impression de dĂ©ranger dĂšs le dĂ©part avec lâaccueil par le personnel et jusquâĂ la fin ou Ă 10h15 nous avons Ă©tĂ© rappelĂ©s quâil fallait quitter les lieux pour 10h en mettant les draps dans un chariot, vidant la poubelle et faisant le mĂ©nage !
Quand on voit lâĂ©tat des appartements et de lâĂ©tablissement qui sont trĂšs vieillissants, cela paraĂźt vraiment trĂšs exigeant. Sans parler du tarif demandĂ©.
