"Perfect hotel in Le Marais! we were in the two story unit on the 6th floor of the annex building and it was spacious, spotless and perfect for our family of four. Much more room than we would have had in a regular hotel. I would definitely recommend this to anyone! Area was fabulous as well - right in the middle of shops, cafes, etc."

"Great location for family travel in Paris 7th Arrondissement. Safe area, safe apartment (personal QR code to enter main door and apartment). Very close to Rue Cler, 15 mins walk to Eiffel Tower. I love the decor and interior. Decent kitchen appliances and washing machine. Would definitely stay here again. The only downside is no Front Office staff, but they give you a Contact number. "

"We stayed in the Picasso apartment for 9 days in mid-February. The experience was wonderful. The apartment had accommodations that made a longer stay very pleasant including cookware and dishes/cutlery. The Nespresso in the room made lovely coffees and we enjoyed them daily. "QRコードキーが初めてだったので不安でしたが、問題ありませんでした。エレベーターもパリらしく手でドアをあけ、自動で閉まるタイプ。大人2人とスーツケース2個は一度には無理でしたので、分けて使用しましたがパリのホテルはそんなものかと。滞在中エレベーターが故障して、部屋まで（日本の4階）は少し大変でしたが、私たちがチェックアウトする時には直っていました。故障中はベビーカーなどエレベーターがないと運ばないものはエントランスに放置されていました。休み明けの月曜日には業者とホテルのスタッフがきてすぐに対応していましたので、意外でびっくりしました。専用キッチンにはプレートやカップも種類豊富・調理器具も豊富で自炊には困らないです。冷蔵庫には小さいながらも冷凍庫付き。スーツケース二つ広げても十分な広さで、私たちが泊まったタイプはベッドルームも別でしたのでそこも最高。次回は別の地区の同じ系列ホテルに泊まってみたいと思います。とても満足できる滞在でした！"

"The apartment is easy to find and well signposted. Inside is beautiful, clean and spacious and we absolutely loved the location! Right next to the famous Rue Cler with plenty cafes/restaurants and fresh food markets, boulangeries/patisseries etc! So much choice to eat out or pick up supplies for the apartment-whatever your preference! (I loved the organic fruit and veg market on the corner) It is also very close walking distance to the Eiffel Tower and a few minutes to the Metro to get around...

"I’ve never booked self serviced apartments before as I was concerned about lack of availability in event of any problems and lack of suitcase storage before and after our stay. However, I was pleasantly impressed at how quickly Yuna responded to all our requests, and helpful support on the storage of our suitcases. The apartment itself was clean, modern, with great amenities, and fantastic location. We would 100% recommend and we will be booking Yuna again next time we come back to Paris....
