"Really nice weekend stay! Jetted tub was amazing and staff is lovely. Parking was a little annoying as it’s off a one way street but still manageable. Will definitely be going back."

"We asked the staff to fix an issue with the tv cable, they came to see it, but they actually didn't fix it. We stayed three nights, our place had a small dining area, washroom and two bedrooms. Every single night something weird happened. The first and second night, we heard like somebody literally entered to our dining area and leave. The last night of our stay, we heard somebody knocked our door and leave, then around 3am we heard like somebody tried to open the door. Besides this, the towels...

"2 of the 3 elavators were not working, and shut down. Elavators wait times were 15 to 20 minutes long. Very Inconvenient. No tea was provided in rooms."

"J'adore cet hôtel, ça fait une dizaine de fois qu'on y va depuis 3 ans. La seule chose cette fois ci, c'est qu'on avait la chambre 203 et j'ai détester... on était en face de la porte pour descendre au rez-de-chaussée alors j'ai entendu la porte claquer à partir de 6h30 et sans arrêt sansoublierle petit groupe qui est monté à 3h00. La prochaine fois je vais tout faire pour ne pas être dans cette chambre. Sinon, pour le reste, tout était parfait comme d'habitude"

"Pression d'eau est défectueuse, prendre une douche est difficile. Déjeuner bon mais parfois quelques repas était pas bien cuisiner. Personnel généralement très bien accueillant et bien gentil."

"We’ve stayed at the Lord Nelson many times when visiting our daughter while she was at Carlton University. However this last time wasn’t so great. Our room was right by the elevator so we were kept up throughout the night by loud unruly guests returning to their rooms in the wee hours. Add to this our room had a person letter for another guest left in our room and the bathroom had hair all over the floor making us believe we were in someone else’s room. Not the experience we had grown to expect."

"Building was very nice - phenomenal view. Towels were provided. Extra fuzzy blanket to sit on balcony. Modern shower. Would come back to this place."
