"The hosts upgraded us from a room to an apartment—it was a complimentary upgrade which allowed us to prepare our own breakfast and dinner with food from nearby markets. They gave us wonderful advice on day trips from the property and took a genuine interest in our day trips and lives. We will stay here again if we come back to Avignon. If I knew they had a heated swimming pool and hot tub I would have brought a bathing suit."

"Excellent location for visiting the famous attractions. Just a few blocks from palais des papes. Super clean room. Basic furnishings but great value for the price. The only significant downside is that parking is difficult. You will probably need to park in a lot and walk multiple blocks to reach the hotel."

"This hotel is amazing, a little quirky maybe but amazing. The staff are so friendly and keen to make our stay comfortable. The room was very small but that wasn’t an issue at all especially as they have a lovely terrace on the first floor. We didn’t eat breakfast in the hotel but there was complimentary fresh coffee along with tea and water, and I’ve always available. "The garden is truly beautiful! Also, the property is in an excellent location from which to explore the city. The Hotel Proprietors were very lovely. After our train was delayed five hours, and we arrived just before midnight, they had still stayed up to let us in and help us to our room. Very kind!"

"The staff here was quite good, but this simply isn’t a 4 star hotel. I have no idea how it has that accreditation. Our room was in the old section of the hotel. The wifi didn’t reach our room, the safe didn’t not work, the ceiling in the renovated bathroom was about 1.8m (about 6 feet) tall if you stood up in the shower, so I had to shower crouching over.
