"The kitchen staff, janitor and security staff were brilliant - responsive, supportive, patient and very helpful. However, the reception staff were an opposite - unwilling to help us book our 2 rooms next to each other even though we had 2 kids under 5 and so we had to make do with walking across the cold corridor at night to see to their needs.
