"It's not clear that the kitchen is shared, in the advertising. A kettle in the room would be a basic improvement, instead of a journey downstairs. Bathrooms need an upgrade. Soap dispensers are broken, for example. However, staff were helpful and it was surprisingly quiet, despite the house being on the ring road. The location was OK for a 15 min walk to food ETC"

"Our stay was ok. However the mattress in our room, the springs were gone which caused me to be quite uncomfortable throughout our stay and caused me to have pain in my hips. We then also didn't have a plug for our bath and were given a spare one that then also didn't fit the bath. "The property did not fully match the listing, one of the bedrooms shown in the photos does not appear to exist, and the room our children were going to stay in had visible mould on the walls.
