"The hotel is easy to locate and has plenty of lit parking. The staff is very friendly and eager to please. Our 2 queen room "suite" was great. It had a separate couch area to stretch out on which could have been made into a trundle bed. The regular beds were very comfortable. "Very clean and beautiful hotel. The rooms are elegant with cozy furniture and bedding and great views! I had a golf view room, and enjoyed visiting the courtyard and sitting by the lake. Would highly recommend staying here; it’s safe and friendly for solo travelers and in a great location near the freeway and lots of grocery stores, restaurants, etc. My only gripe was that the hotel tried to charge me for market items (snacks + a bottle of wine) when I hadn’t ordered any. "Staff were super welcoming, friendly and helpful. The room was clean and didn’t have the typical icky hotel smell. There had been a lot of rain recently so it would have been beneficial to have a rug when you walk into the room to keep the floor dry and from getting dirty. A towel by the shower door would have been helpful too. Lots of good places to eat nearby. Overall, for the price, I’d stay there again. "

"The room was terrible and not properly cleaned! Towels were stained with hair on several of them as well as the wash clothes! The toilet was severely stained inside the toilet bowl. The tub was stained as well as paint peeling in the inside of the tub! The sink water took over 5 minutes to get warm! The towel holder was dirty and dusty! The remote to the TV was dirty, sticky, and stained, i didn't even touch it! The fridge and microwave was dirty inside and out! This was the most terrible...
