"Amazing location in the heart of Palermo city. It is not a modern hotel but a well kept traditional property - but it does have a lift! Rooms are spacious, clean, comfortable with working AC. Both Giuseppe and his colleague Dario were super friendly and helpful. A typically European style continental breakfast is offered daily. Parking onsite is free - you do have to drive into the pedestrian zone but it’s very close to the top of the street so you don’t have to drive far. Would recommend for...

"We thought the location great, and having the beautiful theater Massimo as prime view was wonderful! In the heart of historic Palermo, we could walk to prime sites easily. The hotel is not accessible by car, but small walking distance to first parking spots. We were able to park our car easily on public park meters and it wasn’t expensive, and no problem of safety (free public parking on Sunday). The rooms were beautifully decorated and sparkling clean. The recommendations by the team for where to eat were so helpful and we felt really welcomed. We didn’t use the Spa so can’t comment.
