"For the price we paid for our stay I can definitely say it was worth it. We started off with a little hiccups but the staff was so helpful and made sure to correct everything and made sure we got proper accommodation. We also got complimentary accommodation for the water park in Atlantis which I found was really nice especially since we had kids 7 and under. The park is 5 mins walk away from the hotel. There is restaurants around as well walking distance. The breakfast was more American cuisine which was ok and again the staff working in that area was exceptionally friendly and helpful."

"The property is older and the cove rooms are worn and need to be refreshed as do the bathrooms. Big complaint about pool water temperature being too cold -- we did not swim at all in the pool, and it is the main reason for being there. Pool temps should be much warmer and advertised as other resorts do. We will not come back as other resorts have much warmer pool temps. Not enough beach chairs with sun covers at the cove beach or the pool. -- these 2 activities are the main reason people choose to come here -- so really needs to be addressed -- a truly lovely resort - if they can attend to these items"

"Reality did not meet expectations for the price. Most of the waterslides were shut down. Food menus limited. Very dirty overall. And the prices were astronomical!!!! "

Every single meal was delicious and exceeded our expectations. There are countless options for families of all sizes when dining. Waterpark and beach were the highlight for our kids. "On the plus side the facility was well maintained including hotel, grounds, beach, and pool areas. Buffets at Verandah offered a multitude of choices catering to everyone's taste. Specialty meals at two of the restaurants were a very nice touch. Staff was friendly and helpful. On the negative side I wasn't pleased with the Internet options. Standard had to be renewed on a daily basis while paying extra, in this day & age, for high-speed internet at a hotel makes no sense. I found our mattress to be lumpy while my wife had no problem. We both disliked the pillows. It was like sleeping on a bag of sand. "
