Crystal Inn Hotel & Suites Salt Lake City
Some homeless people loitering in the parking lot, but they didn't cause any problems overnight. The breakfast was very mediocre. Clean room, helpful/friendly staff.

Room was beautiful, clean and comfortable. All staff members that we dealt with were very friendly, and accommodating.

Hyatt Regency Salt Lake City
Staff was fine. I was in room 2344. To get hot water in the sink or shower, I had to have the hot water on fully in both and then wait several minutes. After that, the temperature would still not stay constant. I handled it OK, but I expect more from Hyatt Regency.
