Cari Penginapan di Salt Lake City

"I booked a suite because I was traveling with a small child. At check-in my room type was unavailable and I was downgraded (completely new experience) and because I booked third-party, they wouldn’t refund or change my rate. Expedia customer service (both chat and phone) was frustrating and not helpful, both were bots. I’m getting no satisfactory response or help. I felt like escalating via chargeback on my credit card, but that’s kinda scummy. Just downgrade my rate. It’s not complicated....

"Wonderful, clean hotel close to airport."

"Close to great shopping and Vivint arena"

"Room old. No housekeeping. No coffee replaced. Have decided to not use La Quinta going forward."

"Great, elegant, relaxing, delicious food in general but breakfast are amazing"

"Nice place, our room was clean, breakfast was good, staff friendly and efficient. The location is great.. easy to get downtown . I did not like the coffee that was used in the room and at breakfast. Seemed like a cheap brand. The only maintenance issue was the nighttime shade on the window. It had come out of its track and was difficult to use. We were also disappointed that the pool was shut down (it was green!) Overall, it was a nice place."
