"The carpet in the room could use a good cleaning. Our feet were black and our shoes were also black from the dirty carpet. Could use a hanger in the bathroom. No place to hang your clothes when you are showering."

"Advertised as having a swimming pool. Pool was out of order. While I get that things happen, usually when I book a stay and this occurs, I get a call so that I can make other arrangements if I want to. With temps upwards of 110° during my stay, the pool was one of the reasons I booked there."
