"I received a text message stating to text the number with any questions, concerns, or anything that I needed.... Well, I texted the number several times with no response."

"Hotel advertises continental breakfast will be served from 6 AM to 9 AM. I stayed there for several nights and every morning when I went down before 7am for continental breakfast there was barely anything there. One morning I went down at 6:15 AM and there was only 3 bagels, a couple pieces of fruit, some plain frosted flakes and some plain raisin brain."

"They asked me for a $50 deposit, they said they would return it when they checked the room and they haven't done it after 24 hours."

"Parking was very secure. The area is far enough off the highway to be nice and quiet. The room was very clean and the bed comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful."

"We have stayed here many times over the years. The staff is super super nice people. This was the first time that our room was absolutely filthy and we had to ask for new sheets as they were stained the room smelled there was a tray underneath the refrigerator that was full of mold, the walls were sprayed with some kind of paint paint very disappointing."

"There was someone’s hair all in our shower. Lots of stains on the bedding, desk was all roughed up. The remote was super sticky, the entire place reeked of weed. 1 out 10 stars. Won’t be back."

"Beds are extremely hard, with drugs and alcohol every night! No one did anything to stop it! There was fights and I even heard gun fire! Terrible place!"

"Asked for a room away from the elevator and she said there were no rooms available with a king bed. Never had that problem in any other hotel my husband and I have stayed in. It was not a late check-in."

"It is an older hotel. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was ok. The A/C worked awesome. Liked that is was in a very quite area. Easy access to the main highway. Lot's of places to eat and shop at. "
