"The staff was amazing. From checkin until checkout, amazing 5 star service. The room was updated, spacious, and comfortable. The room was spotless, sheets were clean and crisp. Bathrooms were huge and clean. Shower water pressure was very good. The room had lots of chairs to sit."

"The location was great and according to my daughters, the sofa bed was very comfortable. The bed & pillows in the main bedroom were so comfortable, and the underfloor heating in the bathroom was lovely. It was also a very straight-forward self Check-in process."

"The hotel is in a good area. Very convenient and everywhere was within walking distance. The hotel was very thoughtful to hand out sweet treats during our stay because it's Christmas. The room itself was well designed and very cozy; however our room in particular had some defects: the bathroom door doesn't close and the coffee machine doesn't work well, but these things aren't major so we can overlook. I would recommend this hotel to friends who wish to visit Salzburg. "
