"I’ve been traveling for over 20 years, and I’ve never had an experience quite like this. From the food to the customer service, every detail was exceptional. The entire experience exceeded my expectations and is one I’ll never forget. The staff is trained at another level when it comes to making guests feel welcomed and valued. "Everything was great overall; only thing was there was no breakfast included which we had signed up for and paid for. It seemed like we stayed in a condo without room service etc. We didn't have our room cleaned or sheets changed or anything like that (not by choice). Apparently to get breakfast we had to order through some guy who would pick it up at a restaurant and then deliver it all for a fee and whatever the cost of the food is. One of our bathroom sinks was leaking heavily underneath....

"I would not recommend this hotel. My husband and I chose not to purchase the all-inclusive package because we were only planning to sleep at the hotel and spend most of our time outside exploring. Unfortunately, we felt judged and treated differently because of that decision. We are Dominican by nationality but residents of the United States, and we felt that the staff showed less respect and courtesy toward us than toward other guests. "The layout of this hotel was very relaxing overlooking the Marina. The room was spotless. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was made to order and excellent. The coffee excellent. We didn’t have time for the spa but hope to return and have more time there."
