"Beautiful place to stay, the accessible room wasn’t equipped as well for example for bathroom. No where to put items to wash and shower. The drainage wasn’t great it flooded half the bathroom. Only one lift and we needed to walk so far to the room. Very slightly tight to enter the room with a wheelchair. Mattress on bed was very soft for someone with mobility issues. Otherwise a pleasurable stay, near the tram for transport into the town and attractions. Breakfast was amazing and Brandon was so helpful, welcoming member of staff."

"Great hotel. Great staff. Great amenities. Really enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was really good. Lots of choice, hot and tasty. The pool area was a bonus. We ate in the restaurant. Food was good. Good atmosphere. Overall a great couple of days away."

"Friendly staff, comfy room and bed, lovely breakfast. Very central for Bolton, with the bonus of an attached car park for a small fee (but keep your receipt when you register your car in the hotel, as the car park company (not the hotel) can try to suggest you haven't paid try it on to gone you. But as I said, no fault of the hotel"

"We have stayed at this hotel several times now, we travel a lot for business & this breakfast is by far the best selection we’ve had throughout the UK. From the reception areas, breakfast area & bedrooms, everywhere is spotless, quirky little touches & notice boards, & friendly local staff - which is a breath of fresh air in today’s world! Lots of free parking(just remember to sign in at reception on arrival). Hotel is 5 mins from M6, Junction 23. As for value for money you’ll travel far to find a hotel like this!"
