"Location to train to Fenway was great! The fire alarm in the room had a bring light which made it hard to sleep. Gym towels were very low quality, smelled terrible and all towels in room smelled musty. At check-in, I requested my rewards number be added to the stay if it already hadn’t been added and received a lecture about booking with Expedia instead of directly with hotel."

"We've stayed here on a number of occasions visiting our Northeastern Student. This time was simply to visit the Museum of Fine Arts and the Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum. Location is great. Walkable to a couple of restaurants. Above normal continental breakfast in the morning. Limited parking on the ground floor (you need to have your room key to access BEFORE you try to enter or you'll get stuck on a very steep incline with not many options to back out. "Paid parking is next door"

"Our room very old, including furniture with squeaky bed and chair. FYI, no a/c., but was not needed this time of year, so not a problem for us. Overall it did the trick and there morning spread was nice, although we had other plans so did not partake."

"Sheets had stains on them and found bedbugs on BOTH beds as soon as I arrived. There was also not any toilet paper and the room was incredibly small considering how much they charge for it. The two beds barely fit and all there is left is a space in between the beds for you to place your stuff. There isn't even a trashcan inside the room, so you would need to either go down the stairs and go outside and throw your trash away or use the small trashcan in the bathroom."

"The moment you walk in you feel like step in to a 5 star sanctuary. From the bell man to the front the desk, they make you feel very welcome. The facilities are beautiful, clean and luxurious. "

"Lovely, comfortable and clean apartment that needs some touch ups and some minot adjustments for usability. Good walking distance to popular spots. Bright, spacious. Traffic can be heard but wasn't a huge issue, more of a constant hum. "
