"It’s nice that you have 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom suites available to you. I do wish they had a jacuzzi with pool. The staff was spread a little thin at breakfast. The man had to operate the front desk and monitor the the breakfast food."

"The check in was super easy and the gentleman that checked us in was very attentive and helpful. The room was very nice just as described on the website.Definitely enjoyed the included breakfast: food temperature was good and I liked the variety of thigs they offer. "Our “window” didn’t face anywhere outside, we opened the shade and saw the LOBBY!! NO daylight at all, EVER. So, had to keep the shade closed all the time or anyone and everyone walking in the lobby could see right in our room. It also smelled horrible. Musty smell and when we mentioned it to the front desk, all they did was spray deodorizer which lasted maybe a couple hours. We don’t plan on staying there next year when we go back to Buffalo."

"Outside looks fine. We arrived at 1am and was told the room is not available. Booked a room with 2 beds and got a king bed instead. On top of that, it was still cold out and there was no heat in room. Thermostat setting was to 75 and room temp was 61 the whole night. My kids got a bit sick the day after. Booked as its close to the airport. Big mistake, will not return."

"I asked for a 1st floor room they said yes, when I got there they said no. the railings on the stairs were lose and it did not feel safe walking up them. The first 2 nights there the heat was not working and the front desk was not answering when I called, had to call the 1800 number to speak to anyone to help. Housekeeping cane in and they did not close the door all the way when they left so the door was not locked and when I told the front desk he just shrugged his shoulders and went on with...

"The bed was comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The entryway doors were filthy. The TV in the room was too small to see from across the room. The channel guide was not usable. The breakfast was awful, particularly the eggs and the sausage."

"They had a nice variety of breakfast food and it looked amazing, unfortunately I did not stay due to meeting family for brunch. Did not have time to check out the gym or pool area. Was busy with graduation activities. Our room was very clean."
