"They had a nice variety of breakfast food and it looked amazing, unfortunately I did not stay due to meeting family for brunch. Did not have time to check out the gym or pool area. Was busy with graduation activities. Our room was very clean."

"Everything was very private and no one bothered you if you didn't want them to. The room was very nice and big and clean and perfect for our week long stay. The parking lot was very well lit so it felt very safe. Also had a great breakfast and right next to coffee shop if you wanted to get something else in the morning. Also great late night snack options in the vending machines!"

"The bed was comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The entryway doors were filthy. The TV in the room was too small to see from across the room. The channel guide was not usable. The breakfast was awful, particularly the eggs and the sausage."

"Surprisingly quiet for being right across from the airport. I appreciated the Dove products in the shower. The coffee is delicious at breakfast. I do recommend getting there very early for breakfast...cause you know...if you snooze you lose."

"TV and remote combo didn't work all the time no channel displayed and no channel guide. The smallest elevator in the world. Towel rack at the sink was broken and not replaced. The breakfast was pretty good and 24 hour coffee was a good touch."

"Worst Hampton Inn experience. The bathtub won't drain and I ended up standing in a pool of water while taking a shower. The shampoo bottle was not attached to the wall. The phone wasn't plugged in. The TV has no internet nor apps. At breakfast we had to wait for 15 minutes for some omelets. There were only 2 luggage carts for the entire hotel. The pool had hand towels, not body towels. The staff was very uncaring. We wouldn't be staying here again."

"Our “window” didn’t face anywhere outside, we opened the shade and saw the LOBBY!! NO daylight at all, EVER. So, had to keep the shade closed all the time or anyone and everyone walking in the lobby could see right in our room. It also smelled horrible. Musty smell and when we mentioned it to the front desk, all they did was spray deodorizer which lasted maybe a couple hours. We don’t plan on staying there next year when we go back to Buffalo."

"Outside looks fine. We arrived at 1am and was told the room is not available. Booked a room with 2 beds and got a king bed instead. On top of that, it was still cold out and there was no heat in room. Thermostat setting was to 75 and room temp was 61 the whole night. My kids got a bit sick the day after. Booked as its close to the airport. Big mistake, will not return."

"Generally clean room. Wifi impossible to connect too. Thermostat hard to manage, too cold or too hot. Three Lightbulbs out in bathroom and flickering. Front desk people not real helpful and always seemed busy for easy questions. Breakfast not great. Location good next to airport . Safe area of town."
