"We enjoy staying at Home 2 by the Galleria Mall in Buffalo, NY. The staff is just wonderful. They are so kind and friendly. Always have smiles on their faces and just happy to welcome you. The rooms are very clean and well maintained. We never have an issue. The morning breakfasts are a delight! We enjoy that the menu changes daily for the hot items. The staff keep everything stocked and cleaned. They’re also very helpful too. We can’t wait to stay again!!!"

"I really enjoyed having a room that walked right out to the gated pool area. The gym was good. I was disappointed that the garbage cans did not have liners and that they provided travel-size shampoo and not squeezables in the shower. The staff did not give us any information about the internet connection, the pool, or breakfast hours. We had to ask for sheets for the pull-out bed and more towels. The breakfast area was clean and stocked well. I do wish they had a waffle maker, but they did...

"They had a nice variety of breakfast food and it looked amazing, unfortunately I did not stay due to meeting family for brunch. Did not have time to check out the gym or pool area. Was busy with graduation activities. Our room was very clean."

"OMG! I always book my hotel in Courtyard or any Marriott hotel, but this hotel is excellent! The GM is super nice along with her staff. We met this operational person and he was super duper nice. We also had a complimentary bottled water for each of us too. 💯 for this hotel."

Appreciated water upon arrival (this didn't happen at my Boston Hampton stay because I wasn't the right Hilton Honors level.). I loved the bathroom lighting and this was probably my best Hampton stay."
