"We stayed twice. Our first one-night stay was excellent, but our second three-night stay was disappointing.
Our room had three beds, but my husband’s mattress was broken and offered no support. There was also no hot water, only lukewarm water.
Check-in was frustrating. A couple cut in front of me, and when the woman returned with questions about towels, the staff member rushed through my check-in to attend to her instead of asking her to wait. Better staff training is needed.

"Really nice hotel very close to the centre of Cusco (2 blocks, 5mins to main square) but also really tranquil and quiet, especially on the verandas and courtyard. Rooms have character and well equipped (showed nice and powerful) and everything very clean and well presented.
Staff were friendly and helpful.
Breakfast was good, staff will make fresh scrambled eggs which was good.
Having a filtered water tap is a really good addition, no need to either filter your own water or buy bottles - well...
