Brilliant stay! Staff were wonderful from the first moment. Half board food amazing! We had the private swim up pool, which was a lovely novelty. Only one thing was that the room safe shouldn't be an extra at this level of hotel but really, thats the only niggle.

No ocean view. Our room view was of the parking area and approach to the hotel reception. Also view of the road to the beach. So a lot of people watching, if you are so inclined. The walk in shower was large enough to hold a family. The gardens are lovely for having a walk. The food selection was great and delicious.

A fantastic hotel with lovely and clean grounds and rooms. Ultimately, though, our stay was made by (a) the range, variety and taste of the food; and (b) above everything else, the customer service, focus and attention of all the staff. Nice hotel

Nice hotel, great staff, food a bit average but huge selection. Nice location. Had a swim up room, very nice. Evening entertainment was ok Queen tribute band excellent though. Too many trees, extra to use the room safe but on the whole good hotel. Might well return.

Comfortable and clean

This is a nice hotel, comfortable rooms, friendly staff, very clean. Food (breakfast and dinner buffet) OK. Very limited parking on hotel grounds, you have to rely on parking outside, can be difficult to find a place during day time as it is a popular area, very close to the beach.

Excellent location right close to the beach, promenade. Lovely grounds, swimming pools. Wonderful staff very friendly and polite. My gripe is that there was no free mineral water in room on arrival, were so in the fridge but chargeable. Also we had half board again no free complementary water. We had to purchase it. We have been to other hotel chains where they were not so stingy

Very pleasant stay. Large rooms, excellent facilities, very convenient for Maspalomas beach. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Superb buffet breakfast. Disappointing that drinking water is not provided free of charge in the rooms.

Great location near the beautiful Maspolomas beach. The grounds were well designed and beautifully maintained. Buffet breakfast gave you excellent choice. The staf were friendly . The meal we had in the Botanicas Restaurant was superb

The perfect place from which to explore canary island. Very comfortable and warm room with an excellent view to the beach, also excellent hot showers. The space is surrounded by beautiful palm trees with a Fantastic Friendly staff always willing to help. Breakfast options and dinners services very nice too. The hotel is very central within easy reach of The beach, shops, eating places. We will certainly be back."
