"I didn’t like that I reported that the tv didn’t work and the front desk just said they’d call a tech later. When it still wasn’t working hours later they said they’d call tech hadn’t answered and they’d call in the morning. It wasn’t fixed the next day or the day after and they’d call did not offer to change the tv or the room. Then they cancelled the reservation."

"Two king sized beds is great. Clean enough, secure enough. For visiting my aunt, it's been a great location for many years... the place is a motel, centrally located in south san francisco. We don't have huge high expectations, so we're generally not disappointed. And when "cheap accommodations" are so rare now, this is actually a find"

"Convenient location near shops and restaurants. The staff was friendly. The room and bedding looked shabby and dusty and the tv and fan didn’t work. I could live with that, but then I found several ticks in the room. When I tried to tell the staff the next morning during check out, they just seemed to blow it off and said the room would be cleaned. I wasn’t trying to complain, but if there’s a chance of a bug problem, I thought they should be aware."

"Clean"

"I don’t care about the location but inside the hotel it was just dirty, I’m talking about the rooms. When I checked in that was quick and easy now once in the room there were no towels, I had to request them, and there was no tv remote, had to request that too and once I got it I couldn't get the tv to turn on at first but once I did I couldn’t watch anything so that was useless. "Check in around 4pm and nobody was on the lobby. Took 5 minutes before someone showed up. The room smells moldy right when i open the door. The floor is dirty and doesn’t look like they vacuum it. The tub looks dirty too. The walls are thin that you can hear all the cars passing by and the people in the other room talking. They dont have curtains but have wooden blinds snd because of that the room still looks bright despite turning off all the light. Looks like the house keeping just tucked in...
