I believe the cleaners stole cash out of my bag while I was away. Not much help from the reception. Remember to use the safe if you visit..

I’m a backpacker who has stayed in many hostels and cheap hotels. I do not recommend this one an all. Super noisy because it’s on the main road and the windows are not sealed…you can see the outside through the top of the window. The staff was rude and refused to allow friends who live in the area to come up to the room to hang out. Never has happened in any hotel I have been in. With a hostel it’s understandable. I ended up not spending the night because it was so noisy.

Excelente atencion e instalaciones, personal muy amable, muy buena disposicion ante algun inconveniente con la estadia, en nuestro caso tuvimos que aplazar nuestro viaje y no hubo inconvenientes por parte del hotel para cambiar la fecha de la estadia.

Bom custo/ benefício. Quartos muito confortáveis e bom café da manhã, embora disponível por um período muito curto (somente das 8h às 10h), o que inviabiliza de tomá-lo muitas vezes porque os passeios saem às 8:00h.

Muy confortable las habitaciones, El servicio de restaurante de la hosteria comenzaba muy tarde y muy poca variedad de la carta. El servicio incluido de desayuno, muy regular, poco abundante y en algunos momentos se torno escasos alimentos para la cantidad de visitantes tomando desayuno.

Não recomendo.

Reservei um bungalow, e o mesmo encontrava-se sujo, com uma grossa camada de poeira sobre as camas, cortinas e móveis. No dia do check-in estava quente, mas o aquecedor estava ligado no maximo, parecia uma sauna. Faltavam toalhas e água mineral. No banheiro a descarga da privada estava em pessimo estado, ver foto. No bungalow ao lado haviam 3 hospedes que fizeram baderna a noite toda, e como a parede é apenas de madeira, sem isolamento, pareciam que estavam dentro do nosso bungalow, solicitamos a recepção por silencio, mas não adiantou. No dia seguinte, ao solicitarmos o cancelamento da estadia, nos ofereceram café da manhã, detalhe, a reserva já incluia cafe da manhã, entretanto o recepcionista insistia em dizer que não estava incluso. Conclusão, perdemos uma noite de sono, e praticamente um dia de lazer na troca de hoteis, alem do stress.
