"Great rooms with an unforgettable lake and mountain view. The indoor/ outdoor pool and spa were great!"

"Nos gustó todo! Lo cómoda de las habitaciones con estufa a leña, vista al lago y montañas, lo amplias que eran. El servicio super atentos. Desayuno muy rico. Creo que es un buen combo, calidad de servicio, cuartos tipo cabaña grandes."

"this is the third time that we have stayed at the Charming hotel, we love the spa concept they offer in every suite with sauna, jacuzzi and steam shower. we were offered a room in the new area of the hotel that was recently built. This new area is beautiful, the most outstanding view of the lake Nahuel Huapi and the mountains i think is the best selling point for the hotel. "We had a wonderful stay at this property, the staff was helpful in anyway possible, offering suggestions for sightseeing and restaurants in the area, and they didn’t disappoint! All their picks were great! Breakfast was delicious with the best medialunas, and the restaurant had the most wonderful view, with the sunrise every morning. Our room was excellent, spacious with a view of the lake. We look forward to stay again in the future."

"At 6am I can smell the aroma of freshly baked medialuna which it is the best in the country. Mariana the owner is very lovely lady."

"Excelente hotel muy cerca del centro y con todo lo necesario para pasar unas vacaciones muy tranquilas los cuartos son cómodos y las vistas espectaculares"

"Staff amazing"

"Todo muy bien"

"todos os funcionários extremamente solícitos"

"Great place to stay right in front of the lake. Staff was friendly and the hotel is well maintained and very clean."

"The staff was very helpful and the property is well located, but the property is old and it shows in the maintenance of the rooms, particularly in the bathroom where fixtures are worn and leak a little bit, and the general feeling is of an old place that begs for a refurbishment. The lobby is cozy and the food at the restaurant for breakfast is good."

"Great spot for a night in Bariloche."

"Todo muy limpio"

"La foto de las habitaciones que reservamos tenían vista al lago pero cuando llegamos nos comentaron que ninguna habitación como la que reservamos tenía vista Eso fue decepcionante"

"The property is not right on the base of Cerro Cathedral but a bit further away."
