Hotel muy acogedor, personal muy atento y servicial. La habitación súper cómoda y accesible, el desayuno variado y con productos de calidad. Excelente ubicación.

Internet funcionou bem, a vista era linda e a localização é ótima. Achei o café da manhã muito limitado, com poucas opções de pães salgados.

It is an old hotel and needs a little maintenance, but I usually like those kind of places. The reception people, however, were not very welcoming, and asking me to bring back the parking pass was not practical (lots of stairs to do) overall they were not very servicelike.

Creo que ya es hora de remodelar las habitaciones y principalmente los baños. Se siente todo el ruido de los carros. Fue muy incómodo poder dormir y descansar.

Travelling in Argentina for a while, this was the worst hotel I stayed in. Location was good, close to all the shops and restaurants and right opposite Nahuel Huapi Lake.  I paid extra and booked a Lake View room. The staff were very rude and unfriendly. They never greeted you and instead chatted amongst themselves or sat there playing with their phones.  I had called, messaged and emailed the hotel multiple times to tell them of a very late-night arrival, yet I was ignored and nobody responded to me.  When I arrived, the gentleman said they had received my messages.  Could you not respond? Lazy and did not care about guests. They did not offer any airport transfers, laundry or tourist services. I was rudely told that they cannot help me with airport transfers. First time I see a hotel so unhelpful. The rooms were not spacious as advertised on the website.  What you see on the website is totally different to what you get in reality.  It was like stepping back in time.  Old-fashioned, dark and dingy. WIFI was sporadic, not the best.  Breakfast was awful. Mainly a cold breakfast.  If you want a hot breakfast, then there were only scrambled eggs.  Limited choice of breads, pastries, cereals and cold meats mainly. Not fresh. One evening, I asked for hot water at the hotel bar and was told I couldn't have it. The day before I left, I had a note left in my room reminding me that I was checking out the next day and to vacate by 11:00.  Are we really that stupid?

The hotel staff helped me choose a cool room and were always happy to help with any questions. The room was very quiet, there was almost no sound from the street. I liked the view of the lake from the window.

We had an issue with the Staff, we made a reservation for a taxi cab in reception but they made a mistake and it was not done, as it was at 5:30 am, was really difficult to get a transport to the airport, at the end we arrived on time but we were on risk of loosing the flight. The staff was not helpful on correct the mistake and get a new taxi.

Quarto limpo ! Cama , roupas de cama e toalhas de boa qualidade! Café da manhã , o café bem gostoso ! Salada de frutas e frutas in natura! Faltou pão fresco ! Hotel bem localizado, porém quartos da frente mais caros e muito barulhentos, café da manhã fraquíssimo, instalações em geral muito desgastadas!!! Pessoal da recepção enrolado. Atendimento no restaurante fraco e como o ovo mexido era ruim, pedi um ovo frito e era pago. Pedi para abrir um vinho para levar para um passeio e foi cobrado 3000 Pesos. Achei um desaforo!!! Comprei um abridor por 3.900 Pesos

A vantagem é apenas a localização, que é excelente. Hotel não tem serviço de quarto e sequer colocam água no frigobar. Tentamos comprar água no hotel quando chegamos (as 23h) para fazer o leite do meu bebê (e eu expliquei isso a eles) e a ‘solução’ que o funcionário me deu foi: ‘use a água da torneira’. No primeiro dia também o aquecedor estava com defeito e faltou energia no hotel, mas isso acho que foi um problema geral do quarteirão. Não tem quem ajude com as malas. A limpeza em si era boa, mas o hotel era antigo e tinha um pouco de cheiro de mofo.

Excelente custo-benefício

Hotel bem localizado, um bom café da manhã e atendimento cordial. O único problema ou ponto negativo, o barulho da circulação de carros na avenida a frente do hotel. Provavelmente os quartos virados para traz, deve ser mais sossegado.

O hotel tem localização excelente, decoração charmosa e um bom café da manhã. No entanto, o quarto não correspondeu totalmente às expectativas: o banheiro não tinha banheira como nas fotos, apenas chuveiro; as janelas não possuem blackout, o que pode atrapalhar o sono; e o sistema de ventilação é inexistente, contando apenas com calefação, o que deixou o ambiente muito quente durante a noite.
