The hotel is ok, the view is marvelous. The bathroom is very small, and the pillows are not as in the other Hampton Inns. We send some clothes to the laundry and it was not fold not even iron.

Great view and nice room. Shower small and leaked water on floor even though stall door closed. Staff not so nice. Beware of elevator - closed quickly! Door hit arm so hard it knocked me back and bruised me. It didn’t have typical safety close.

Vista linda, mas serviço e estrutura fracos

A nossa experiência no foi marcada por pontos positivos e outros que deixaram a desejar. Começámos bem, com a possibilidade de fazer o check-in antes do horário previsto, algo que apreciámos bastante. O processo foi rápido e a recepcionista foi muito atenciosa e prestável. O quarto inicial era espaçoso e confortável, mas com uma vista pouco agradável, diretamente voltada para uma escada. Solicitámos a troca para um quarto com vista para o lago e, embora tenham cobrado 100 dólares adicionais, decidimos aceitar, e a vista realmente compensou. No entanto, o conforto do novo quarto deixou a desejar em alguns aspetos importantes: A água do banho escorria para fora do box, molhando parte do chão. A pressão do chuveiro era fraca, e a temperatura variava constantemente, indo de fria a quente sem controle estável. A TV não funcionava e o cofre também não, o que comprometeu a funcionalidade do quarto. O café da manhã foi apenas razoável: pouca variedade de frutas, sucos e pães, com opções repetitivas ao longo das 4 diárias que ficámos. Os ovos mexidos eram aguados e sem sabor, e quando pedi um ovo frito feito na hora, fui informado de que seria cobrado à parte, algo que não se espera num hotel dessa categoria. O hotel dispõe de estacionamento, mas é pago. Em resumo, o hotel tem uma boa localização e quartos confortáveis, especialmente os com vista para o lago, mas precisa melhorar significativamente os serviços de manutenção, café da manhã e cobranças extras.

Boa localização, restaurante bom para jantar, instalações novas, quarto família espaçoso. O ponto negativodo hotel é o café da manhã. Os paes eram muito ruins, poucas frutas, ovo mexido com aspecto ruim e sem sabor. Um cafe da manha nota 6 que destoa do restante do hotel e da própria qualidade do restauranteque funcionava à noiteno mesmolugar.

O banheiro estava entupido e a água do chuveiro não escoava , chegamos no quarto quase meia noite e pedimos a troca e não conseguimos! Só consertaram após a segunda noite ! Além disso , o ar condicionado/aquecedor não funcionou durante td a estadia, pedimos auxílio e não resolveram ( um funcionário tentou “consertar” mas n foi possível! Estava mt frio e dormíamos c a janela aberta, (4o andar) e conseguimos contornar a situação ! Nos foi oferecido 20% de desconto no restaurante do hotel no qual não tínhamos a pretensão de consumir então de nada adiantou.
