"Fabulous place to stay at ! Definitely come back again !!!"

"This is a beautiful place in the middle of the Rainforest with an impeccable view of the Arenal Volcano! The rooms are divided among separate dwellings for each group (example: 200s, 300s, etc) They offer rides to different areas of the property, but I took the opportunity to walk to must places within the property for some exercise. Nothing is really that far! Just remember to use your bug repellent when walking around outside. The view of the Volcano depends on the day. The moment I arrived, the view was stunning! The gentleman who helped with my bags and showed me the room insisted I had to take photos in that moment as he said it was the best view he'd seen in days. I'm glad I listened because within an hour the clouds had covered it. So when you see it clearly, take photos!! All of the staff here are so pleasant and very helpful. The free buffet style breakfast is wonderful. And the hot tub in the room was chef's kiss after long days of activity. There's also a spa and a gift shop that we're really nice! This place was so quiet and peaceful, especially upon walking in the morning. All you hear are the sounds of nature. I definitely recommend this place! I'd certainly stay here again."

"We had an amazing experience at Arenal Observatory. The staff was super friendly and bilingual. They even left special treats in our room for us :D Transportation was easily accessible and the trails were beautiful and well maintained. The restaurant served delicious food and has a great view! I highly recommend booking the shared casona. The rooms were spacious and clean and it has a small observation deck right next to the entrance! My only complaint is I wish there was a microwave and fridge even a shared one in the casona but other than that, a 12/10 experience <3"

"We went for our honeymoon and it was stunning from the moment we arrived! I kept looking for the White Lotus film crew because the property, room, and staff were top notch and we felt like we were in a WL episode. Surreal views, flora, fauna, service and the room with our own private pool remains undefeated! We stayed in a Chato Suite and it was unbelievable. We were welcomed with a personalized sign on the door, welcome drinks, a welcome dessert plate, and a complimentary bottle of wine to celebrate our honeymoon. Service was impeccable, including knowing when we had stepped out and placed a surprise good night dessert in our room on our last night. Thanks to all the staff for their hospitality and friendliness. Pura vida! 100/10."

"Our stay at The Springs Resort & Spa in Arenal was absolutely incredible! From the breathtaking volcano views to the luxurious hot springs, everything exceeded our expectations. The resort is beautifully maintained, the staff is extremely welcoming, and the overall atmosphere is peaceful and relaxing. Club Rio was also an amazing experience! We loved the activities, the beautiful surroundings, and how well organized everything was. It truly made our Costa Rica vacation unforgettable. The only suggestion I would give is to add more vegetarian options to the menu. The food was very good, but having a wider variety of vegetarian dishes would make the experience even better for guests with dietary preferences. Overall, this resort is truly a paradise and we would love to visit again! "

"We loved staying at Hotel Mountain Paradise! The view from our room was amazing, and birds were always singing outside our patio. The restaurant at the hotel was also great - we loved starting the day with the hotel breakfast. Pool was also a great amenity! Staff were all very friendly and helpful"
