"The room was immaculate! It housed all 11 guests comfortably. It truly was beautiful and a great fit for a large party. The amenities in the room are unmatched in comparison to standard hotels. The only thing I wish was different was the parking. It’s very limited but there is free parking outside of the hotel, but the slopes are super steep and not guaranteed. Otherwise an amazing place with friendly attentive staff. I will be booking here again."

"We had a 4 night/5 day stay. The TV internet did not work at all. We asked multiple times, yhey never fixed it. Also, we had very noisy/loud upstairs neighbors - complained multiple times, but to no avail. Just an ok stay."

"My stay was wonderful. Hotel was clean and the lobby offers complimentary coffee and tea 24/7. The front desk workers were all very friendly and the free breakfast in the morning was great! The only thing that wasn't great, is that they charge $25 for overnight parking."

"Elevator broke down and my family and I were staying on the 9th floor. I had to bring all the luggage and strollers and car seats down by hand using the staircase. It was very unsafe carrying my 6 month old and my 2 year old children down all the stairs flights. I asked to be fully refunded. The supervisor was not available and it felt like the staff didn’t want or could do anything to help me."

"The hotel is satisfactory. Rooms are outdated. The staff were great! The pool was nice. There was an incident where a kid threw up in the pool and everyone was told to get out. They took correct measures. The hotel was themed for World Cup and that was fun! Location is great!"

"The bathroom vent and the vent in the main room living room bedroom was filled with dust very unhealthy, and I have pictures to prove it if you’d like I can directly contact the Hilton and show them the pictures and perhaps they can reissue you us another amenity or refund partial money, but I will show you if you need to. I’ll can send you the pictures and or the Hilton. How do I reach the Hilton general manager or complaint?"

"I got in late, the parking was difficult to figure out but once I went inside the front desk lady walked outside to show me how to use the gate and keypad. There was no hot water in the shower, the lady told me to let it run for 5 minutes and I did and still nothing. There was a portable ac unit in the room that was a little loud. Other than that it was fine."

"Room was very clean and the location was great. Walking distance to North Park and its breweries. Staff was very nice. Some traffic noises as it is located right on the corner of a busy street. Recommended and would totally stay here again."

"Needed to extend my stay longer than my reservation, they were extremely friendly and helpful! I loved how the hot tub was salt water! I used it every night and slept amazing. I’ll be referring friends when they come in town to visit! Concierge staff was friendly every day!"
