"I loved this hotel! My only (but a major) complaint is that it was impossible to get time by the pool. People claimed all the lounge chairs early in the morning and stayed all day. One of the main reasons we chose to stay here was the beautiful pool, but there was no organized system for hotel guests to be able reserve a spot or to limit the amount of time people can use the lounge chairs. It was very disappointing. But everything else was great."

"My son and I arrived at 2 pm. Check in was at 4 pm. We were greeted by a very friendly desk agent, Angelica. She told us our room was available! What a treat to be able to check in early after a 5 hr flight. The rooms are spacious, clean and modern. The free daily breakfast was delicious and there were different menu options available each day. We also used the pool and jacuzzi. Both were heated! Pool deck was clean. Loved the outdoor TVs."

"We paid over 1400 dollars for two nights were placed on the top floor where all night throughout our stay there was a lot banging noise so loud that my family and I were not able to sleep. Spoke to staff multiple times regarding this and they only gave us a comp for one night parking for 40 dollars. Very displeased and dissatisfied. If you want to waste money on a hotel for no sleep this is definitely your place."

On the other hand, I would like Expedia's reservation process to be more explicit regarding accommodation payments, as sometimes the charge is made directly and other times they collect at the hotel, as was the case here, which confuses the customer."
