"We liked the location, closed to downtown and other tourist attractions. In addition, we were able to checkin early without extra charge. The negative thing was some maintenance was being done next to our room early morning when we were still sleeping. The building where to get the ice was far from our room. I was expecting the ice machine to be in the same building."

She was annoyed that we booked with expedia and therefore we feel we got the worst room on the property #201. Love gaslamp but will take our money elsewhere in the future."

"The room was disgusting when we went in. Stains on the bed and pillows. There was a poop stain in our toilet. Bathtub needs a complete makeover all the paint is peeling and it looks so old. For a four star hotel I expected better but this is just extremely run down. "
