"Great little beach motel, just steps from the sand. Our room was clean, the two queen beds were very comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Their rates are very reasonable (we paid about $300/night in season mid-June mid-week). The complex was quiet at night, and parking on-site was easy. Good bars and restaurants a five minute walk away. We'd stay here again, no question!"

"Parking, was not good. It was first come first serve. Ppl camp in the spots, literally.
Phones don't work. I tried calling both properties no answer. Phone in the room, busy, the whole time we were there.
Outdoor shower didn't work.
A few bit of homeless ppl.
So if you're looking for just a bed to sleep on, this is your place. But down mind all the noise from surrounding visitors. Ppl upstairs sound like elephants. Also bring some sleep mask.
Would I stay here again, probably not."

"Avoid this motel. It is the hourly type. Sex workers prevalent. Open soliciting. Property has four different WiFi’s. Connected to all, none of them work. Showers are dial up showers and are very temperamental. It worked one day of the five we stayed. Leak in bathroom. Flooded out daily. Raised complaint with management, was given a bucket to put under the pipe. Air Con also very temperamental. Management spoke English upon check-in. "This place was a perfect location. It wasn’t crowded. Walking distance to the many wonderful restaurants. The hotel offered all the beach supplies you could think of. Sun block, sun glasses, flip flops, towels, chairs, etc. We were so thankful for that. The staff is very friendly and helpful."

"It’s close to the beach. The lady checking us in was nice. That’s it for the positive. Dated and super loud. I could hear every conversation in the room above us. Every person walking thru the gate. Every time someone else ran the water the pipes had a high screaming noise. At close to $300 dollars a night this is a dump."
