Best Western Inn & Suites San Diego – Zoo/SeaWorld Area
"The staff was excellent. Pool and hot tub were great. Breakfast was good. The hotel is a bit worn down, and we did have a few spiders and cockroaches in our room throughout our stay. I’d still recommend it as a value hotel."

"We stayed 3 nights, they never did the room during our stay. They didn't change the towels. For a family of 4, we almost run out of toilet paper. The elevator took a while to get up to the 3rd floor when we left with our luggages (like 10-15 minutes for a 4 floor hotel). Perhaps, it was very close ..."
