"Front desk was very nice and helpful.
We rented 2 rooms. The rooms need a deep clean. In one of the rooms the table was dirty with cup stains and it smelled like refrigerator.
The other had a rusty ugly looking refrigerator, the front door didn’t close completely flushed and you were able to see inside the room. And it also did not lock properly. The front stated there were no other rooms.
Both rooms had water running in the tub so that was very annoying.
Will not be staying here again."

"Run by very nice people. The property was quiet and perfectly located. I extended for another night because our room was nice and we enjoyed our stay. I would definitely consider staying again the next time I visit El Paso."

"For the price it was not worth it . We only stayed due to a power outage . No breakfast, Starbucks machines were down and the staff tried to charge me for regular coffee . Rooms need to be cleaned especially the carpet due to allergens . Guy didn’t want to give me 2 keys per room initially . We booked 2 rooms . Mot a fan of this location at all ."

"Do not go to this place. The lady didn’t honor the Expedia rate and charged me a higher rate. Expedia says there is free breakfast but she doesn’t offer breakfast. In the middle of the night there was a drunken homeless guy banging on my door and yelling obscenities. Avoid this place."

"This hotel is literally falling apart. The entrance roof has been destroyed for what looked like a tall truck and hadn’t been fixed for years. The cigarette burn marks on the room floor first looked like cockroaches everywhere ( there was atleast 30 burn marks throughout the room), the shower was clogged and had about 6” of water by the time my shower was over, the water pressure was horrible because it was halfway from the running bath water to the shower head you couldn’t pull the plunger up...
